Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to oversee a 180-unit apartment community in Universal City, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional who takes pride in running an efficient operation, maintaining strong occupancy, and creating a positive experience for residents. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the property, with a strong focus on leasing and rent collection. You will actively drive occupancy by conducting tours, following up with prospects, and implementing effective leasing strategies to keep units filled. At the same time, you will ensure consistent and timely rent collection, manage delinquencies professionally, and enforce lease terms when necessary. The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of the property's performance. You should be confident working independently while also coordinating closely with maintenance to ensure units are ready for move-ins and the property remains in excellent condition. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be the primary point of contact for residents, handling questions, resolving concerns, and fostering a welcoming community environment. We are looking for someone with prior experience managing apartment communities, preferably with exposure to properties of similar size. A strong background in leasing, resident relations, and operational efficiency will set you apart. This position offers a competitive salary along with performance-based incentives tied to occupancy and collections. It is a great fit for someone who enjoys being accountable for results and wants the opportunity to make a direct impact on a property's success. If you are a driven property management professional who understands how to keep units leased, collect rent effectively, and run a well-organized operation, we encourage you to apply.
