Job Description

Sunny Days Vacation Rentals is a short-term vacation rental management company headquartered in Waco, TX. We are looking for an organized, self-driven individual who thrives on building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service. This role is focused on supporting and communicating with the homeowners who entrust us with managing their vacation rental properties. If you have experience in property management, hospitality, real estate, account management, or vacation rentals, that's a plus. We are looking for someone who is confident communicating by phone, email, and text, can effectively manage multiple conversations at once, and is comfortable balancing homeowner expectations while working alongside multiple internal departments.

This is a full-time position at a physical office location (Not remote). The schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM (30-minute lunch break). (Schedule is non-negotiable. Please ensure you can commit to this if applying.) Company software training will be provided.
OWNER SERVICES JOB DESCRIPTION
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of vacation rental homeowners. Provide outstanding communication through phone calls, emails, and text messages with prompt response times and a high level of professionalism. Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners by providing exceptional service and proactive communication with a #1 goal of holding long-term owner retention in our company. Reach out to owners for repair approvals, maintenance recommendations, and property-related decisions. Discuss booking performance, pricing strategies, occupancy trends, and revenue opportunities with homeowners. Recommend property improvements, furnishing upgrades, amenities, and other enhancements designed to increase bookings and guest satisfaction. Coordinate with internal departments including Operations, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Accounting, Revenue Management, and Guest Experience to ensure homeowner requests are handled efficiently. Assist homeowners with questions regarding reservations, owner stays, maintenance projects, financial statements, and general property management. Document all homeowner communications thoroughly and maintain accurate records within company software. Follow up on outstanding requests to ensure timely resolution and keep homeowners informed throughout the process. Help facilitate onboarding tasks for new homeowners and ensure a smooth transition into our management program. Maintain a high level of organization while managing multiple homeowner relationships and priorities simultaneously.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Professional, confident, and personable on the phone. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple conversations without losing follow-up. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think proactively. Comfortable handling difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy. Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Experience with property management, hospitality, real estate, or vacation rentals is preferred but not required.
