We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Property Manager. Duties Manage day-to-day operations of a 28-unit townhome property Market vacancies, show units, screen applicants, and sign leases Collect rent, manage delinquencies, and handle notices and evictions as needed Coordinate maintenance, work orders, and make-ready turns with vendors Conduct move-in/move-out and routine property inspections Maintain resident relations and resolve concerns promptly Track budgets, expenses, and provide monthly reports to ownership Skills 2+ years of residential property management experience Knowledge of Texas landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing Experience with property management software (AppFolio / Yardi / Buildium/DoorLoop) Strong organization, communication, and customer service skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Texas real estate license a plus Benefits Pay Upto 6% of collection Flexible Hours Join us in managing a vibrant community by ensuring operational excellence, fostering positive tenant relations, and maintaining high standards of property care!
