Job Description

At Sunline Landscapes, we believe exceptional landscapes start with exceptional relationships. We are looking for an experienced Property Care Manager to oversee and elevate the experience of our high-end residential maintenance clients. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients while partnering closely with field teams to ensure properties are maintained to Sunline standards and opportunities for growth and enhancement are identified. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, building trust with clients, leading through influence, and delivering exceptional results.
What You'll Do:
Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact Conduct regular property walkthroughs and maintain quality control standards Support production teams through coaching, communication, and accountability Develop enhancement opportunities and long-term property care plans Prepare proposals, renewals, and client recommendations Monitor job performance, budgets, and client satisfaction Collaborate across operations, production, accounting, and support teams
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Landscape Construction, Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Construction Management, or related field 3-5 years of experience in horticulture, landscape maintenance/management, garden management, or water management Strong knowledge of horticultural best practices and plant health Proven ability to lead, communicate, and build relationships Understanding of operational performance, profitability, and business concepts Excellent organizational and client service skills Valid driver's license and ability to be insured under company policy
Preferred:
Prior Property Care Manager experience Irrigation and water management experience Snow industry experience Bilingual (Spanish/English) Experience with Aspire software Fertilizer Applicator or Arborist certifications

Pay:
$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
