Crestview Management is looking for a Assistant Property Manager to join our growing team. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk-all-day position. You'll work from the office, spend time in the field visiting properties throughout Salt Lake, Davis, Weber, Tooele Counties. If you enjoy variety, independence, working with people, and taking ownership of your responsibilities, you may be a great fit for our team. What You'll Do You'll help oversee the day-to-day needs of our rental portfolio and serve as an important connection between our property owners, tenants, vendors, and management team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing maintenance requests and work orders from start to finish Coordinating repairs, scheduling vendors, and following up to ensure work is completed Finding, evaluating, and onboarding new vendors and service providers Communicating professionally with tenants and property owners Conducting regular property visits and documenting property conditions Delivering notices and other property-related documents when needed Helping coordinate turnovers and ensuring vacant properties are rent ready Assisting with new owner and property onboarding Identifying opportunities to improve our systems, service, and efficiency Supporting the growth of our property management portfolio Traveling to multiple properties throughout Weber, Davis, and occasionally Salt Lake Counties Because this position involves regular fieldwork, a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and ability to travel throughout the assigned area are required. Who We're Looking For We don't expect you to know everything on day one. We do expect you to be someone who takes initiative, communicates well, follows through, and is willing to learn. You'll likely thrive in this position if you are: Highly organized with strong time-management skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Able to prioritize multiple tasks without losing track of the details A natural problem solver who doesn't need to be told every next step Professional and confident communicating with owners, tenants, and vendors Comfortable having difficult conversations when necessary Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly Accountable—you do what you say you're going to do Positive, adaptable, and willing to jump in where needed Interested in growing into greater responsibility and leadership Property management or real estate experience is a plus, but the right attitude, work ethic, and ability to learn are equally important. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required. What Makes This Position Different This isn't a role where you'll spend every day doing the exact same thing. One morning you may be coordinating a repair with a contractor. That afternoon you could be walking a property, helping prepare a home for a new tenant, communicating with an owner, or solving an unexpected problem in the field. You'll have independence while still being part of a collaborative team. We want someone who isn't simply looking for their next job—we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us and eventually take on more responsibility. What We Offer Independence and flexibility in managing your day Training and support from an experienced real estate and property management team Opportunities for professional development and advancement A fast-paced environment where your ideas and contributions matter The opportunity to help improve and build systems as our company continues to grow A team that values communication, accountability, problem-solving, and a positive work environment About Crestview Management Crestview Management, affiliated with Keller Williams Utah Realtors, provides professional property management services throughout Northern Utah and the Salt Lake Valley. We believe great property management requires more than collecting rent and coordinating repairs. It requires communication, follow-through, problem-solving, and taking care of properties as though they were our own. We work hard, support one another, and are always looking for ways to improve the experience we provide our owners and tenants. Background check and drug screening are required. If you're looking for a position where you can take ownership, stay active, solve problems, and build a career with a growing team, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today.
