This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing all community-based programming. What You'll Own You will oversee the operations, quality, and growth of the following programs: Day Program (including community-based services) Afterschool Program Summer Program Social Skills and Dinner Club Programs What You'll Do Lead, hire, coach, discipline, and develop all CBS staff (DSPs and program employees) Ensure high-quality, person-centered services across all programs Match staff to clients for best outcomes and service quality Oversee scheduling, staffing, and payroll approvals Ensure compliance with all state, Medicaid, and regulatory requirements Serve as the primary point of contact for CBS emergencies Review and submit incident reports to state agencies Manage and monitor the CBS budget and program performance Ensure accurate and timely billing, attendance, and reporting Prepare and submit: Monthly CBS reports Quarterly reports to Support Coordinators Maintain strong communication with families, staff, and stakeholders Oversee vehicles and ensure program sites are clean, safe, and operational Drive organic program growth (clients served + units billed) What We're Looking For Proven leadership and supervisory experience Experience working with individuals with disabilities Strong organizational skills-you can manage multiple programs without dropping the ball Ability to adapt, prioritize, plan, and delegate effectively Confident communicator who can lead teams and navigate tough situations Professional presence and strong relationship-building skills Master of conflict resolution Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, email, basic systems) You're a fit if you: Are a true people-person who can also hold accountability Understand success = meeting or exceeding expectations Can operate both strategically and in the weeds Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay 50k-60k (DOE) Paid Time Off + Holiday Pay Paid Maternity/Partner Leave Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, EAP About OPPO We provide home and community-based services across Utah, Colorado, and Arizona, supporting individuals with disabilities through meaningful, person-centered programming
