This role is often the first point of contact for customers, so clear communication, professionalism, and strong follow-through are essential. You will be responsible for calling leads, booking and confirming appointments, updating customer information, and making sure every homeowner has a smooth experience before meeting with our sales or project team. Key Responsibilities Call homeowners to book, confirm, and reschedule appointments for roofing and landscaping consultations. Follow up with new leads quickly and professionally. Confirm appointment details, including date, time, address, service needed, and customer availability. Clearly explain what the customer can expect during the appointment. Maintain accurate notes, customer details, and appointment statuses in the CRM. Communicate appointment updates to the sales, production, and management teams. Help reduce missed appointments by confirming details and following up as needed. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner. Identify customer needs and direct them to the appropriate department when necessary. Meet daily and weekly targets for calls, confirmations, and booked appointments. Requirements Must have clear, professional communication skills. Must be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone. Must be reliable, punctual, and consistent with follow-up. Must be organized and able to manage appointment details accurately. Must be able to update notes, appointment statuses, and customer information correctly. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple follow-ups at once. Nice to Have Prior experience in customer service, call center, appointment setting, or phone-based sales. Experience making outbound calls throughout the day. Basic computer or CRM experience. Experience in roofing, landscaping, construction, home services, or remodeling. Ability to stay calm, positive, and professional with customers. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is friendly, confident on the phone, and highly organized. Compensation Hourly pay based (morning 7am - 11pm) Performance bonuses may be available based on booked appointments, confirmed appointments, and appointment show rates.
