We are seeking a driven and dynamic Canvass Manager to lead, develop, and inspire a team of field canvassers. As a Canvass Manager, you will be responsible for executing canvassing strategies, recruiting and training team members, and ensuring consistent achievement of lead generation goals. Your leadership will directly impact team performance and overall business growth. Compensation Uncapped performance bonuses Average supervisors earn $1,500•$3,000/month in bonuses Top supervisors exceed $4,000/month in bonuses $55,000 salary base pay Requirements Walk neighborhoods for extended periods — this is an active, boots-on-the-ground role Strong communicators who aren't afraid of rejection Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions Available Monday•Saturdays The use of a personal cell phone for work-related communication, scheduling, and operational needs A valid driver's license A good driving record
