The Heritage Community is seeking a passionate and organized Shift Manager to join our team! In this crucial role, you'll support the academy leadership by overseeing various projects and initiatives while ensuring they stay on track and within budget. You'll also play a key role in communication, fostering a positive environment for our residents, and adhering to our strict schedule.
What You'll Do:
Build strong relationships with team members, parents, and stakeholders. Oversee daily operations and ensure program fidelity. Lead team meetings, develop plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Manage administrative tasks and communication efforts. Utilize mediation and intervention techniques to support students. Collaborate with leadership to ensure seamless coverage and address staffing needs. Conduct training sessions for team members. Respond effectively to crisis situations. Oversee budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources. Assist with hiring and onboarding new team members. Analyze data and present findings to improve team performance.
Schedule:
This is a full-time position with a A/B schedule partnering with the other
Managers What We're Looking For:
2-3 years of relevant experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. Demonstrated leadership skills.
