We are looking for a dynamic and motivated leader to be the welcoming face of our schools in Riverton and Pleasant Grove. Position Summary The Studio Manager is the primary leader responsible for the growth, operations, and member experience at our Premier Martial Arts locations. This is a crucial front-facing role that combines sales, customer service, marketing, and administration. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, energetic, and people-oriented individual who is passionate about building a strong community and helping our students and their families thrive. You will be the first point of contact for new prospects and a key resource for our existing members, playing a vital role in our mission to change lives.
Act as the primary point of contact for all new membership inquiries (in-person, phone, and online). Conduct introductory tours and consultations to showcase the value of our programs. Effectively manage the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and enroll new students. Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
Customer Service & Member Retention:
Provide exceptional customer service to all students, parents, and visitors. Address and resolve member questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. Develop and maintain strong relationships with our members to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. Assist with membership renewals and program upgrades (e.g., from basic to advanced classes).
Marketing & Community Engagement:
Implement and support local marketing initiatives and community outreach events. Manage and create engaging content for the school's social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram). Help organize and promote special events, such as seminars, belt testing, and summer camps.
Operational & Administrative Duties:
Oversee day-to-day front desk operations, including managing class schedules, processing payments, and maintaining student records. Ensure the school's facilities are clean, organized, and welcoming. Collaborate with the head instructors and staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive environment. Manage inventory of martial arts uniforms and equipment. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a front-facing management role is required. Experience in the fitness, martial arts, or a related industry is a plus. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Must be a "people person" with a positive, outgoing, and energetic personality. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively. A results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet sales goals. Proficiency with basic office software and social media platforms. A genuine passion for health, wellness, and the benefits of martial arts.
