  • $75,000 a year 3 hours ago Benefits Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Managing property management teams Customer communication Full Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused property management professional to support a lease-up community and help deliver an exceptional resident experience from pre-opening through stabilization.
In this role, you will oversee daily operations, leasing activity, resident relations, and site performance while working closely with ownership, vendors, and internal teams to ensure a smooth and successful lease-up process. Responsibilities Lead day-to-day operations for a lease-up multifamily community. Drive leasing efforts to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. Support marketing initiatives, prospect follow-up, and lease conversion strategies. Oversee resident relations, service requests, and issue resolution with professionalism and responsiveness. Monitor property appearance, maintenance standards, and vendor performance to ensure a high-quality living environment. Manage budgets, operating expenses, rent collections, and delinquency efforts in alignment with company policies. Prepare reports, track key performance indicators, and provide regular updates to leadership and ownership. Coordinate move-ins, inspections, make-ready progress, and other lease-up milestones. Ensure compliance with fair housing laws, company standards, and applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Supervise, train, and support on-site team members to promote accountability and strong service delivery. Qualifications Experience in property management, preferably in a lease-up or new development environment. Strong understanding of leasing operations, resident service, and multifamily property administration. Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with property management software and standard business applications. Knowledge of fair housing, landlord-tenant practices, and regulatory compliance. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team. Customer service mindset with a commitment to delivering a positive resident experience. Preferred Attributes Experience supporting pre-opening planning, initial lease-up, and stabilization efforts. Familiarity with competitive market analysis, pricing strategy, and occupancy forecasting. Ability to collaborate effectively with construction, maintenance, marketing, and corporate teams.
