This role is perfect for someone ready to grow their career in property management while making a meaningful impact in a senior living environment, with clear opportunities for advancement.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, Occasional weekends What You'll Do Present apartments to prospective residents and conduct property tours Promote available apartments through advertising and marketing efforts Qualify prospective residents and process rental applications Review and explain lease agreements with new and current residents Provide compassionate, patient, and professional support to senior residents and their families Address resident questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and respectful manner Inspect vacant units and ensure apartments are move in ready Assist with rent collection, resident files, and basic administrative tasks Coordinate maintenance needs and report property issues to the Property Manager Plan, organize, and help host resident events and community activities Encourage resident participation and help create a welcoming, engaging community atmosphere What We're Looking For Previous experience in leasing, property management and resident activities preferred Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills A patient, empathetic, and service oriented approach when working with seniors Highly organized with good time management skills Ability to handle conflict professionally and problem solve effectively Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office High school diploma or GED required Compensation & Perks Starting hourly rate: $20 per hour/$41,600 per year
Leasing Commissions:
$100 per lease/average of $4,800 per year Estimated annual earnings: $46,400 Competitive total compensation package with strong earning potential 20% housing discount available at any of our properties Opportunity for growth and advancement within the company
