Full Job Description Description:
Oversees daily operations of a residential home for individuals with disabilities, ensuring a safe, supportive, and respectful environment. Provides staff guidance, supports residents' independence and well-being, and coordinates care, routines, and services.
Job Tasks:
Execute daily activities with the individuals at home and/ or in the community. Supporting individuals with their goals to improve their knowledge, skills, and abilities. Provide proper supervision to individuals to ensure their health, safety, and well-being. Assist in medications to individuals according to the medication administration record. (MAR) Assist individuals with meal planning, preparation, and daily documentation. Driving individuals to/from appointments. Overseeing staff and ensuring they receive the necessary training. Ensure the individuals medical and financial needs are met. Conduct house meetings and attend manager meetings.
Requirements:
Job Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older. Must have 3+ years working in Social Services. Must be able to have a flexible schedule. Must have a current/valid UT drivers license as well as a clean driving record. Must have a vehicle with current registration and full coverage insurance. Strong leadership skills. Ability to provide physical care.
