Salary Range:

At least three years of experience managing insurance portfolios or lead generation. Strong comfort level with public speaking and local community networking. High level of proficiency with agency management software and digital document signing tools. Demonstrated history of mentoring junior team members or lead acquisition. Clear, empathetic communication skills that build instant rapport with neighbors and business owners. Responsibilities Drive new business growth by engaging with the Leesburg community through local events and professional networking. Mentor and guide a small team of associates to ensure our service standards remain high. Review existing client accounts to ensure coverage gaps are filled and that every family has the protection they need. Manage complex policy renewals and resolve escalated client concerns with a focus on retention. Collaborate with the agency owner on long-term marketing strategies that bring our brand to more households. Maintain meticulous records and follow up on inquiries promptly to ensure no client feels overlooked.
