Job Description
Description As our Assistant Property Manager (APM), you will be involved in all areas of property operations
- sales & marketing, resident relations, maintenance, financial and leadership.
Requirements Pay:
$55,000- $60,000 annual base pay (depending on experience) We're looking for: Experience in an Assistant Property Manager or Senior Leasing Consultant role in multi-Family Knowledge of Landlord/tenant, ADA, and fair housing laws Yardi, Nexus or similar Property Management operational system experience What else is in it for you?
