Lead customer conversations through discovery, education, objection handling, and closing.
Maintain an active and visible presence within assigned territories.
Travel regularly throughout All Point's Broadband's Virginia service footprint as assigned.
Work closely with legal and engineering teams to ensure proper documentation, filing, and compliance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, property managers, county officials, and community representatives.
Identify and close new growth opportunities for the company.
Coordinate with internal project teams on acquisition timelines with network deployment schedules.
Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently in the field.
Customer oriented, able to apply good business practice to daily challenges.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to resolve conflicts while balancing company and community interests.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
Current Notary Public license for the Commonwealth of Virginia or able to attain license within 30 days of hire.
Residence in Central Virginia (Richmond, Harrisonburg, Winchester, Warrenton, Front Royal as examples), is required, as well as frequent travel across Virginia.
The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Private Easement Field Specialist responsible for working with communities to secure easements and right-of-entry agreements necessary to support the expansion of All Points Broadband's fiber network. This is a commissioned position with significant upside.Key Responsibilities:
Secure easements on private land across Virginia to support fiber network construction and expansion.Lead customer conversations through discovery, education, objection handling, and closing.
Maintain an active and visible presence within assigned territories.
Travel regularly throughout All Point's Broadband's Virginia service footprint as assigned.
Work closely with legal and engineering teams to ensure proper documentation, filing, and compliance.

Required Skills and Experience:
1+ year experience in sales, customer-facing, or field-based roles preferred.Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently in the field.
