Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

The Position We are seeking an experienced Commercial Senior Property Manager to oversee the strategic, financial, and operational management of a commercial real estate portfolio. This role is responsible for ensuring strong property performance, maintaining strong tenant and vendor relationships, managing budgets and capital projects, and ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets, forecasts, and variance reporting. Implement property-level strategic plans and identify opportunities to improve performance. Oversee tenant and building construction projects from planning through completion. Manage property operations, maintenance, vendors, bids, and service contracts. Conduct property inspections and recommend maintenance and capital improvements as needed. Partner with owners, accounting, lease administration, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and contract compliance. Build strong relationships with tenants and respond effectively to tenant needs and inquiries.
What We're Looking For:
4+ years of commercial real estate asset management and/or property management experience. Strong knowledge of commercial property operations, building systems, and lease administration. Demonstrated financial skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Strong project management, contract negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi and Microsoft Excel. Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and effectively manage multiple properties. CPM Candidate preferred.
