Main Responsibilities You are an experienced property management professional who combines strong operational expertise with a commitment to outstanding service. As the leader of the community, you'll guide your team, support residents, and ensure the property operates smoothly and successfully. You enjoy working with people, developing talent, and creating an exceptional living experience. As a Property Manager at a premier, luxury community, your responsibilities include:

• Utilize marketing, leasing, and operational strategies to achieve and maintain budgeted occupancy.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with team members, residents, and vendors.
• Managing the property's overall financial performance.
• Creating and delivering accurate financial reports.
• Providing exceptional customer service that contributes to outstanding customer ratings and reviews.
• Implementing development and growth opportunities for team members.
• Working weekends as needed.
• Leading with a solutions-focused approach and a willingness to take on any task in support of your team and community.
• Modeling our company's core values through impactful, consistent leadership.

What You'll Need to

Succeed:

• A college degree.
• 5+ years of experience in property management.
• Strong leadership skills and a love for leading people.
• A passion for customer service and an exceptional track record to go along with it.
• Impeccable professionalism and a drive to succeed.
• Financial expertise.
