Job Description

About us CoreTrade Electric Company is a small business in Woodbridge, VA. Our goal is to hire a professional and driven individual to head up a small residential service division and take it to new heights. Job Summary The Service Manager is responsible for ensuring that all customer-facing aspects of the company's operations are well managed and running smoothly. This includes the day-to-day operations of the service department, as well as assisting with administrative duties and other projects as needed. The ideal candidate will be able to take ownership of projects on their own, and have a willingness to learn and grow within the company. Essential Duties Responsible for ensuring that all customer-facing aspects of the company's operations are well managed and running smoothly. This includes the day-to-day operations of the service department, as well as assisting with administrative duties and other projects as needed. Assist in identifying areas for improvement in order to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Work closely with management on projects to identify ways to improve processes, increase productivity, or streamline workflows. Identify opportunities to expand services or offer new ones to customers. Work closely with sales team to ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Communicate effectively with customers about new products or services. Maintain a high level of customer service when serving customers in the service department. Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment for employees and customers in the service department. Assist management with identifying areas for improvement in order to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Work closely with sales team to ensure that all sales transactions are handled efficiently and accurately. Other duties as assigned.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's Degree or higher preferred
Experience:
2+ years Customer Service or Sales experience, 3+ years
Residential Service Electrician Pay:
$58,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
