You'll turn leads into loyal members by building real relationships, listening to their needs, and showing them a clear path to success. No personal training background? No problem! Community Champion:
You'll take your love for the gym and spread it all over town! This means building partnerships with local businesses, connecting with influencers, and being the face of the brand in the community. You'll help execute fun engagement events and local marketing campaigns.

You are the head coach and chief motivator. Your job is to lead and inspire your team, creating a trusting and positive environment where everyone is excited to come to work and crush their goals (KPIs). Curate an

You're the creator of the club's vibe. You will deliver top-notch customer service and create an inspiring atmosphere that makes members feel like they're part of something special—a place they can't wait to tell their friends and family about. Run a
Flawless Operation:
You'll be responsible for the club's day-to-day operational tasks. This includes keeping the facility spotless, managing member accounts, engaging with our community on social media, and analyzing reports to set and hit exciting new goals.
This Sounds Like You:
While fitness industry experience isn't required, a talent for communication and great soft skills are essential. We're looking for someone who is: A true people person: friendly, outgoing, warm, and genuine. Driven by results and highly self-motivated. Tech-savvy and comfortable using software and social media. A master of time management. At least 18 years old with the flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. With proven performance, pay structure flexible to change and hours per week will likely sit around 32 hours. We are staffed Monday-Saturday.
