Your Responsibilities Maloney Properties is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team based in Burlington, VT., for a 60-unit senior community. The position is part-time and the work hours are 8:30am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities include:
Recertifications. A/P and A/R. Processing work orders. Other property management duties as assigned. Your Qualifications Experience in property management is required. Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle including: Experience with Section 8 and LIHTC program is required. Proficiency with basic accounting principles. COS, C3P or equivalent certification is preferred. Microsoft Office proficiency is required; knowledge of Yardi is a plus. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills are required.
