We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Property Management Assistant to support a busy affordable housing office. This is full time first shift position offering up to $25.00/hour .

Primary Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary contact for Section 8 inquiries, annual recertifications, and income/asset verifications Answer and direct incoming phone calls Assist residents, applicants, vendors, and visitors Prepare correspondence and maintain accurate records Provide administrative support to the Property Manager Perform general office duties in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and varying economic circumstances Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines Property management or HUD experience is a plus but not required
