Job Description

Come join our dynamic Property Management Team! Property Management Associates is looking for an Assistant Property Manager for our busy office. We are seeking highly motivated individuals who have the ability to manage property-related issues, coordinate with outside and third party vendors, investigate and aid in resolving complaints, and prepare budgets and financial reports. The candidates must have the ability to attend occasional evening association meetings and some on-call work on evenings and weekends as needed. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Triage incoming communications in a busy office environment Assist in managing all aspects of the property's maintenance Communicate with owners regarding property-related issues Coordinate with outside and third party vendors to address maintenance and facility needs Prepare budgets and financial reports Investigate and aid in resolving complaints, disturbances, and violations Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication. Detail oriented and highly organized. Strong customer service skills. Skilled with time management and the ability to prioritize tasks. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point, Access are required.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in Quickbooks and Accounts Receivable and Payable desired. Prior project management and construction knowledge / experience a plus. Salary is determined based on experience. Competitive Pay.
