Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community, including leasing, maintenance staff, and resident relations.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage and coordinate property maintenance and repairs, including working with vendors and contractors.
  • Maintain accurate records of all community activities, including leasing, move-ins, move-outs, and resident communications.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain existing ones.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company standards.
  • Address resident concerns and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve community goals and objectives. Requirements
  • 1 year previous experience as a property manager is required.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and other applicable laws.
  • Proficiency in using property management software such as Entrata, Yardi, eSite or On-Site.
  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with real estate administrative processes.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
  • Experience in facilities management is desirable. We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
