A Property Manager manages operations for an apartment building or complex. Manages property and services on behalf of a community association, for properties such as condominiums or cooperatives. Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

EXPERIENCED MULTIFAMILY PROPERTY MANAGERS
We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and professional Multifamily Property Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate is a strong leader who understands that successful property management is about more than collecting rent—it's about leading a team, taking care of residents, maintaining a strong property, and achieving financial and operational goals.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of a multifamily community Lead, train, coach, and hold onsite team members accountable Drive occupancy, leasing performance, renewals, and resident retention Manage rent collections, delinquency, and resident accounts Monitor property financials, budgets, and operating expenses Maintain strong curb appeal and ensure the property is consistently well maintained Coordinate maintenance, vendors, inspections, and capital projects Handle resident concerns and provide exceptional customer service Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing requirements, and applicable regulations Conduct property inspections and follow up on outstanding issues Prepare reports and communicate property performance to leadership Create a positive, professional, and team-oriented environment
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of multifamily property management experience Proven leadership and team-management skills Strong knowledge of leasing, collections, budgeting, and resident relations Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities Professional, positive, and solution-oriented attitude Strong understanding of Fair Housing and property management compliance Experience with property management software preferred This is a great opportunity for someone who is ready to take ownership, lead a team, and make a difference in the success of a community.
