Daffodil Storage is currently seeking a part-time Assistant Storage Manager for our location in Puyallup. We're looking for dependable, customer-focused individuals who want to contribute to a growing company that values teamwork, exceptional service, and positive customer relationships. Assistant Manager Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls Respond to customer questions and concerns promptly, professionally, and in accordance with company policies Assist with rent collection and account follow-up Promote and sell retail products while maintaining product knowledge Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately handle cash transactions Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment Support maintenance staff and help ensure the property and vacant units remain clean and well maintained Assist with renting moving trucks ranging from 16' to 26' (limited on-site driving required) Qualifications Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service Comfortable explaining and recommending company products and services Ability to follow company procedures and policies Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment while managing multiple transactions Flexible availability to work any day of the week between 8:30 AM and 6:30 PM (Monday-Sunday) Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening What We Offer Independent and supportive work environment Opportunities for internal growth and career development Paid Time Off (PTO)
