Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Position Overview:
As a Property Manager, you will be the face of Real Property Management Today, providing exceptional service to our clients and residents. You will manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and occupied with happy tenants. This role requires someone who is self-motivated, enjoys challenges, and has a keen eye for detail. If you are a go-getter with excellent customer service skills and a knack for marketing, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage a portfolio of residential properties. Ensure properties are maintained and comply with all local laws and regulations. Handle tenant relations, including leasing, renewals, and conflict resolution. Market properties to prospective tenants using various platforms and techniques. Conduct property reviews and coordinate maintenance and repairs. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in local property laws. Utilize AppFolio software for property management tasks (experience with AppFolio is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate). Provide stellar customer service to property owners and tenants.
Qualifications:
Real estate license is a plus. Marketing skills and experience. Strong customer service skills. Ability to work well both individually and as part of a team. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and grit. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Active driver's license. Experience with AppFolio is a plus. Must stay on top of local laws and regulations related to property management.
