Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Job description: We are hiring a General residential and Commercial Maintenance Supervisor work to join our team. You will inspect different equipment and perform any repairs or preventative maintenance when required. To do well in this role you should have previous experience in maintenance, be highly skilled with various hand and power tools. A Maintenance Technician Supervisor is the bridge between field technicians and management —making sure repairs get done correctly, quickly, safely, and within budget.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm Occassional on call.
Maintenance Worker Responsibilities:
Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment. Performing preventative maintenance, unit turns, commercial/residential remodeling and maintenance of a diverse portfolio of buildings
Maintenance Worker Requirements:
Manage daily schedules for maintenance technicians Assign work orders and prioritize repairs Train, coach, and evaluate maintenance staff Proven maintenance experience and varied skill set. Skilled in the use of hand and power tools. Experience with precision measuring instruments. Experience performing flooring replacement & installation, minor carpentry, sheetrock repair & replacement, painting, appliance repair, hanging & framing doors, etc. STRONG organizational and follow up skills. Eye for detail. Professional presentation and attitude. Ability to maintain focus while working individually. Strong time management skills.
