Join a dynamic team as a Project/Program Manager, where you'll lead community-driven initiatives and foster engagement across various platforms. This role offers the opportunity to shape and grow vibrant online communities while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Drive engagement and manage a large Discord community through daily interactions, announcements, and event coordination. Lead the Kiro Champions program, focusing on feedback, engagement assessments, and translating insights into actionable product requests. Develop and operationalize a community spotlight program, sourcing testimonials and coordinating content amplification. Monitor Reddit for community sentiment, trends, and feature requests, providing valuable insights to leadership. Produce comprehensive weekly reports on community health metrics and social performance for product and marketing teams. Coordinate community initiatives, including virtual hackathons and in-person events, to enhance user group activations. Skills Proven experience in community program management and stakeholder reporting. Strong ability to manage and grow online communities, particularly on platforms like Discord and Reddit. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with moderators and service teams. Proficiency in producing detailed reports and translating community insights into strategic actions. Preferred Skills Experience with AI developer tools and familiarity with developer community marketing. Background in working with leading AI development tool companies such as Google, AWS, Microsoft, and others.
