Manages property and services on behalf of a community association, for properties such as condominiums or cooperatives. Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Yakima, WA Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a professionally managed multifamily apartment community in Yakima. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a proven track record in leasing, resident relations, team leadership, financial performance, and property operations. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the apartment community. Lead, coach, and support the onsite leasing and maintenance teams. Maximize occupancy through effective leasing, marketing, and resident retention strategies. Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of resident concerns. Monitor property financial performance, including rent collections, budgeting, and expense control. Conduct property inspections to ensure curb appeal, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards. Coordinate maintenance operations, capital projects, and vendor relationships. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, Washington State Landlord-Tenant laws, and company policies. Prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and meet ownership and company performance goals. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of multifamily property management experience required. Strong knowledge of leasing, resident relations, collections, and property operations. Experience supervising onsite teams. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software (AppFolio, or similar preferred). Working knowledge of Fair Housing and Washington State landlord-tenant laws. Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background screening.
