May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Job Description
The YMCA of Fox Cities - Camp Nan A Bo Sho (located in Lakewood, WI) is hiring a Property Manager to oversee the buildings and grounds. The Property Manager will conduct routine maintenance to our various buildings & grounds, vehicles & power equipment, as well as helping with basic electrical, plumbing and construction projects at our camp. This is a year-round position. 20-25 hrs./week required during the warmer months, up to 10 hrs./month in the off-season. Camp Nan A Bo Sho (NABS) is a YMCA summer sleepaway camp. Camp NABS operates for up to 13 weeks, starting in late May to August, with campers arriving in June. Camp NABS focuses on providing an inclusive and safe experience for children to discover more about themselves in an environment that grows lifelong friendships and support. Previous experience with a variety of ground equipment (ex. tractor, mower, etc.). Working knowledge of bench tools (ex. drill press, saw, router, etc.), hand tools (power & manual) and various facility maintenance tools & equipment. Previous experience with general maintenance, electrical work, carpentry & plumbing preferred but not required. Must have the ability to work as a team player, energy to preform required tasks and the desire to work in a fast-paced, child-focused setting. 18 years of age or older. Join Us at Camp Nan A Bo Sho!
