A Residential Community Manager manages operations for an apartment community. Responsible for the maintenance and profitability of the apartment community. May provide information about the community to prospective residents, troubleshoot issues with the buildings and community residents. May also review and approve new lease applications, or be responsible for negotiating and closing sales.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in property management is required. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency with computers and standard office software. Ability to sit for long periods using office equipment, as well as walk the community and lift supplies as needed. Annual or semi-annual travel may be required for this role.
