Job Description
Property Management Assistant Lexington Management has an immediate opening for an Property Management Assistant who will provide support to a team of specialist on location at our properties in the Green Bay area. This is a full-time position, and we only work until noon on Fridays. Seriously... the schedule rocks. Salary is $18-$20 per hour, with an employee matched IRA, health insurance and paid holidays. - Solid knowledge of smartphones, computers, spreadsheets, and Outlook
- Love a mixture of on the go with some admin work Then we can train you to help:
- Oversee the assigned portfolio of residents and regard them with respect
- Ensure our renters questions are answered promptly and their concerns are heard
- Provide a smooth and seamless move out experience
- Perform monthly inspections of assigned locations, assist with small maintenance tasks and cleaning of properties and amenities as needed
- Assist with vendor deliveries, scheduling, etc.
- Show new apartments to prospective residents, help with new move ins, and ensure units are cleaned and ready to go for the new residents.
