Property Management Assistant Lexington Management has an immediate opening for an Property Management Assistant who will provide support to a team of specialist on location at our properties in the Green Bay area. This is a full-time position, and we only work until noon on Fridays. Seriously... the schedule rocks. Salary is $18-$20 per hour, with an employee matched IRA, health insurance and paid holidays. • Oversee the assigned portfolio of residents and regard them with respect
• Ensure our renters questions are answered promptly and their concerns are heard
• Provide a smooth and seamless move out experience
• Perform monthly inspections of assigned locations, assist with small maintenance tasks and cleaning of properties and amenities as needed
• Assist with vendor deliveries, scheduling, etc.
• Show new apartments to prospective residents, help with new move ins, and ensure units are cleaned and ready to go for the new residents.

Work Environment This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers & fax machines, filing cabinets/etc. Physical Demands The physical demands described are those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to physically stand, walk, bend, climb, and use full hand range of motion and finger dexterity to touch and feel. Must be able to reach with hands and arms and lift up to 25 pounds unassisted and as needed. Travel Travel is required to assigned property locations using personal transportation. Must also be able to travel to all training and meetings arranged through the corporate office periodically throughout the year.
