Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

This energetic position involves executing landscape maintenance tasks, operating groundskeeping equipment, and ensuring all outdoor areas meet high standards of aesthetic appeal and safety. Duties Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, pruning, planting, and fertilizing to uphold pristine outdoor environments Operate groundskeeping equipment such as lawnmowers, power tools, excavators, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently Maintain hardscape features like pathways, patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures with precision and care Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues promptly Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and health assessments to promote healthy growth Apply pesticides responsibly following safety protocols to control pests while protecting plant health Execute snow plowing and outdoor cleanup tasks during winter months to ensure safety and accessibility Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various landscaping and grounds maintenance equipment Extensive experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, and groundskeeping best practices Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, irrigation systems, and hardscape construction techniques Knowledge of plant identification, horticulture principles, and pesticide management for effective landscape care Ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions while adhering to safety protocols Construction experience is a plus for hardscape installation or repair projects Excellent understanding of grounds maintenance procedures including lawn care, tree trimming, and snow removal This role is perfect for individuals passionate about outdoor environments who thrive in active settings.
