Job Description

Property Management Assistant / Leasing & Maintenance Coordinator We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Property Management Assistant. This role plays a key part in supporting daily operations across leasing, maintenance coordination, and general office responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Leasing & Resident Services Show available rental properties to prospective tenants Take property photos and create compelling rental listings Answer phones and respond promptly to email inquiries Coordinate move-ins and move-outs Conduct property inspections (move-in, move-out, and annual) Prepare and send mailings and notices Coordinate utility transfers for residents Maintenance Coordination Schedule and coordinate service calls with vendors Obtain and review maintenance bids Follow up to ensure timely and complete repairs Maintain and update vendor lists in AppFolio Respond to after-hours emergency calls as needed Communicate with property owners and obtain approvals for repairs General Office Support Answer phones and greet customers in a professional manner Assist with errands, copying, and general administrative tasks Support office organization and light cleaning as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Valid driver's license required Comfortable using property management software (AppFolio experience a plus)
Pay:
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 39.0 per week
