Duties include cleaning common areas, removing trash, assisting with light maintenance tasks, preparing units for new tenants, and responding to property management requests as needed. Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while providing excellent service to residents and staff. Physical Requirements The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds and complete tasks requiring manual dexterity.
