Manages property and services on behalf of a community association, for properties such as condominiums or cooperatives. Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lake House Property Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, security and presentation of a luxury lakefront residential estate. The property includes multiple amenities such as indoor & outdoor pools and hot tubs, an elevator, extensive landscaping, private docs, two wave-runners, two boats, and sophisticated mechanical systems. Duties Oversee property maintenance and facilities management to ensure the home remains attractive, safe, and fully operational Handle client communication with vendors via phone, email, and in person with professional etiquette Conduct weekly inspections of the property Ensure the estate is maintained to luxury hospitality standards Coordinate emergency repairs when necessary Prepare the property before owner or guest arrivals Perform walkthroughs after departures Qualifications 5+ years managing luxury residential estates or high end vacation properties Strong knowledge of mechanical systems Experience managing vendors and contractors Ability to perform light maintenance and repairs Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to respond to emergencies outside or normal business hours High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
Pay:
$25,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
