Job details Summary Spherion $23.00 per hour Permanent 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Industry property (Building and Grounds Cleaning and Maintenance Occupations ) Reference number S_176725 Job details Assistant Property Manager for the day to day leasing and operational aspects of a multi-family apartment community on the west side of Madison.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that all rents and late fees/check charges are collected, posted, and deposited in a timely manner. Keep all resident ledgers accurate noting any discrepancies in the resident activity. ... Deposit rental checks into One Site and prepare bank deposits. Print or send maintenance work orders and once completed with maintenance finish in system. Continually monitor and analyze traffic logs, renewal information, marketing data, renters? insurance, etc., to be able to give up-to-date and proper information when requested by others. Perform all procedures for approving applicants including verifying rental income, criminal and sexual predator documentation and ensuring renters insurance accuracy in system during the application process Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00
