About Us At JVM Realty we're committed to providing exceptional living experiences for our residents and a supportive, growth-focused environment for our team. We're looking for an experienced Property Manager to lead daily operations, maximize occupancy, and ensure our multi-family community thrives. Wrenfield at Pleasant View is a beautiful luxury property in Madison WI, offering 300 units and countless high-end amenities to its residents. The ideal Property Manager for Wrenfield brings strong organizational skills, a fluidity in managing day to day Property operations as well as being a champion for their team and residents, What You'll Do As the Property Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of community operations while delivering excellent customer service and driving property performance.
Responsibilities include:
Managing day-to-day operations of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations. Leading, mentoring, and developing on-site team members. Driving occupancy and retention through effective leasing and marketing strategies. Preparing, managing, and adhering to the community's operating budget. Ensuring compliance with company policies, fair housing laws, and safety regulations. Handling resident concerns with professionalism and efficiency. Partnering with corporate leadership on reporting, financials, and long-term planning. What We're Looking For 4+ years of multi-family property management experience Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively. Knowledge of Fair Housing laws, leasing practices, and property operations. Experience with property management software ( Entrata , Yardi, RealPage, etc.). Strong financial acumen with budget and reporting experience. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Pay:
From $85,000.00 per year
