Job Description
Manage residential service technicians and apprentices in the field to ensure safe, efficient work up to company standards.
Spend time on job sites observing work, resolving issues, and reinforcing procedures.
Set daily expectations for productivity, professionalism, and job completion.
Coach technicians on technical skills, customer interaction, and overall job performance in real time.
Provide feedback, training, and accountability to improve technician skills and growth.
Support new technicians through ride-alongs and field visits.
Coach technicians on selling techniques, service options, and building customer trust.
Review service calls and customer feedback to identify coaching opportunities.
Help technicians meet sales and profitability goals while maintaining ethical service.
Qualifications:
Preferred experience in residential plumbing service.
Journeyman Plumber License or equivalent trade experience preferred.
Preferred prior field leadership, supervisor, or management experience.
Strong coaching, mentoring, and technician accountability skills.
Comfortable coaching on sales, service options, and customer communication.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license required.
