We're Hiring:

Assisted Living Manager / Administrato r Neenah, WI | Full-Time | $50,000 to $70,000 (Based on Experience) What you'll be doing: Running the day-to-day operations of two small to mid-sized CBRF and Memory Care facilities in the Neenah area, leading staff, ensuring resident care is top-notch, and keeping everything running smoothly and in compliance with DHS 83 . This job is for you if you: Have 3 to 5 years of management experience in a CBRF, RCAC, or assisted living setting Know DHS 83 and don't need to be walked through it Are a natural leader who can hold staff accountable and still keep morale high Handle family concerns, resident needs, and regulatory requirements without breaking a sweat Have an Associate's or Bachelor's in a Health or Human Services field or equivalent experience (Administrator course completion a plus) What we offer: $50,000 to $70,000 based on experience 401(k) with 6% employer match Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Tuition reimbursement and professional development Flexible scheduling
