$60,000-$70,000 + benefits A reputable and mission-driven property management organization is looking to add an experienced Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at a multi-family residential community. If you're passionate about providing high-quality housing and delivering outstanding service to residents, this could be a great next step in your property management career.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations at a multi-family residential property Supervise on-site staff and coordinate maintenance needs Oversee leasing and marketing efforts to maintain occupancy Facilitate move-ins, move-outs, and resident engagement activities Handle tenant concerns with professionalism and efficiency Process rent payments and maintain accurate financial records Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations and company policies Maintain site-level administration and reporting
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in property management High school diploma or equivalent required Strong customer service and communication skills Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Solid judgment and problem-solving capabilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of property management software a plus Comfortable working independently while collaborating with leadership Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally up to 15% Commitment to fostering inclusive, respectful communities
Physical Requirements:
Ability to remain seated for long periods and operate standard office equipment Able to move throughout the property and perform occasional lifting
