You'll work closely with dispatch, customer service representatives, field technicians, and company leadership to maximize scheduling efficiency, technician productivity, and overall department performance. You'll conduct ride-alongs, provide coaching and performance feedback, review completed work for quality and consistency, and help technicians improve both their technical abilities and customer communication skills. You'll monitor key performance indicators, analyze department performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies that increase revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You'll also assist with staffing, hiring, onboarding, technician development, budgeting, inventory management, fleet oversight, vendor relationships, warranty coordination, purchasing, and operational planning. When customer concerns arise, you'll work directly with homeowners to resolve issues professionally while maintaining the company's reputation for exceptional service. What We're Looking For We're seeking an experienced plumbing professional with at least five years of industry experience and previous leadership responsibilities overseeing plumbing technicians or service teams.
