Job Description

Integrity Rise , an innovative, customer-centric property management company, is recruiting for a Property Manager ; Peoplr is excited to be leading this search. The Property Manager oversees all aspects of the property operations, including leasing, resident relations, maintenance, financial management, and budgetary oversight. This role, you will manage the property to achieve maximum profitability, maintain a high level of resident satisfaction, and ensure the property complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You will also supervise the property team, including leasing agents, maintenance teams, grounds personnel, and administrative staff. This is a full-time, regular position based in Charleston, WV. The Property Manager will work onsite at 5494, 5496, 5408 W Washington St with a work schedule of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays (on rotation) between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. About Integrity Rise Integrity Rise is a property management company with a vision to redefine the industry through unwavering transparency, innovation, and integrity. This position offers… A great work environment with a team-oriented and customer centric culture Competitive compensation and medical, dental and vision benefits 401(k) Paid Holidays & Paid Time Off Must Haves At least 5 years of progressive experience in multi-family property management and at least 5 years of supervisory experience required. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and evaluate staff. In-depth knowledge of property management software (e.g., ResMan, Yardi, RealPage, MRI) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, understand financial reports, and identify opportunities for cost savings. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively work with residents, vendors, and team members. Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact, particularly in resident relations and lease enforcement Knowledge of Equal Housing Opportunity (EHO) and Fair Housing Act (FHA) laws. Demonstrated experience and knowledge of OSHA standards and environment safety standards. Fair Housing certification is required (or must be obtained within a certain period after hire) Valid Driver's license. Occasional overnight travel for business meetings or other events. High School Diploma or equivalent. Physical Requirements Ability to move about for long periods of time. Ability to move up to 50 pounds and conduct property inspections. Ability to operate a two-axle motor vehicle. Ability to work in both office and on-site property environments, including outdoor areas subject to weather conditions. Nice-To-Haves Experience with Affordable Housing programs. Relevant certifications (e.g., Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS)) are preferred.
