What You'll Do Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers. Evaluate consumer and residential loan applications. Guide customers through the lending process from application to closing. Analyze financial information and make sound lending recommendations. Build new relationships through community involvement and local business development. Recommend banking products and services that help customers achieve their financial goals. Represent Capon Valley Bank with professionalism while supporting the communities we serve. What We're Looking For Previous banking or lending experience preferred. Knowledge of consumer lending practices. Residential lending experience is a plus. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
