Job Description

Residential Supervisor At Northwood Health Systems, we believe a home is more than a house, it's where meaningful relationships are built and nurtured. In our residential programs, we support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living as independently as possible within their communities. The Residential Supervisor works under the direction of the Associate Residential Manager and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the residential home. This position provides leadership and supervision to direct care staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services in accordance with all state and federal regulations. The Residential Supervisor collaborates with clients, their families, and interdisciplinary teams to promote independence, safety, and community integration. Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities Prior supervisory experience preferred Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license required Must pass a background check Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Responsibilities:
