Aug 21, 2026 Nonprofit The purpose of this position is to ensure care, welfare, safety, and security for the individuals we serve. Community Living Managers are responsible for supporting up to 10 residential staff and up to 8 residential participants. In addition, Community Living Managers provide direction for each participant to achieve their individual goals and objectives as outlined in their Plan of Care as well as adherence to all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. They may be required to assist individuals with restroom duties, cooking and eating of food, budgeting of money and various other duties as assigned. Community Living Managers ensure the implementation of meaningful activities and training opportunities. They are also to provide documentation of incidences, health and safety practices and program information in adherence with company policies, practices and local, state, federal and CARF standards
