Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Job Description
Position Overview:
Boreal Property Management, a leading private estate management company in Jackson Hole, is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Estate Property Manager (Estate Caretaker) / Account Manager for a full-time position. This is not an entry-level maintenance position. We're looking for a well-rounded professional with extensive residential maintenance experience who takes pride in solving problems, anticipating client needs, and maintaining luxury homes to the highest standards. Our caretakers serve as the trusted eyes and ears for homeowners, managing every aspect of estate care - from routine inspections and preventative maintenance to coordinating vendors and providing exceptional concierge-level service to clients. The ideal candidate is resourceful, mechanically inclined, organized, and comfortable working independently while representing Boreal with professionalism and discretion. This full-time position will have a flexible schedule, typically either four or five days per week, with some weekend and after hours and availability required.Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive weekly property inspections and identify maintenance concerns before they become larger issues.
- Complete preventative maintenance and general handyman repairs, including basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, painting, repairs, and seasonal property upkeep.
- Diagnose maintenance issues and determine appropriate solutions or coordinate qualified vendors when necessary.
- Manage weekly, monthly, and seasonal property maintenance schedules.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing prompt communication and exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate and oversee outside contractors, ensuring work meets Boreal's quality standards.
- Prepare homes for owner arrivals and restore properties following departures.
- Provide concierge services, including errands, deliveries, and special homeowner requests.
- Perform vehicle care, detailing, and routine maintenance.
- Maintain detailed inspection reports, service records, and client communication.
- Prioritize multiple responsibilities while adapting to changing client needs and schedules.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism when working in private residences.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in estate caretaking, luxury property management, residential maintenance, construction, or a related field.
- Strong experience maintaining high-end residential properties.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and complete a wide variety of home maintenance tasks with minimal supervision.
- Candidates should have working knowledge of several of the following: o General carpentry and finish work o Plumbing repairs and fixture maintenance o Electrical troubleshooting and minor repairs o AV/lighting systems o HVAC system basics o Power tools and maintenance equipment o Vehicle maintenance and detailing
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check

Compensation:
