ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Regulatory Standards:
1. Assures adherence to
UM, QA 2.
Insures compliance with appropriate state and federal laws 3. Insures compliance with CYF Clinical Standards 4. Insures compliance with JCAHO requirements 5. Insures compliance with Medicaid Standards 6. Insures compliance with CCBHC Standards 7. Insures compliance with CSSP Standards 8. Insures compliance with The Centers Policies and Procedures B.
Program Development and Implementation:
1. Develops, integrates, and implements services and programs enhancing the agency's primary mission 2. Develops and implements service/program policies and procedures that guide and support the provision of services, and reviews at least annually and provides updates 3. Stays abreast of changes in specialty areas, e.g., changes in regulations, funding methods, mental health assessment and care, newer treatment modalities etc. 4. Assesses and improves programs performance continually 5. Assures quality documentation of services delivered in all programs 6. Recommends space, personnel and other resources to Senior Management 7. Participates in selecting outside resources for needed services and makes recommendations to Senior Management 8. Coordinates activities between departmental functions to optimize services provided 9. Responds to RFP's 10. Insures all professional and paraprofessional services delivered meet medical necessity 11. Develops and implements corrective action plan for problem areas within programs Five years progressively more responsible leadership, supervisory and management experience. Strong communication skills; Motivated leader.
