PROGRAM DIRECTOR

Provides overall management of an Adult Day Program that serves adults with developmental disabilities. Duties include but not limited to: Recruit and hire staff Train or oversee training of staff Follow administrative procedures in timely and accurate manner Submit accurate and timely Client billing, Client payroll, and Personnel documents Participate in the development of administrative policy and procedures Screen, select, complete admission procedures, and program assignment of clients Implement Injury and Illness Prevention Program Oversee client assessment and INSP development and implementation Communicate effectively with other service providers and funding agency personnel Coordinate consultant services, if any Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance Standards and CARF requirements To learn more about our agency please visit: http://www.socialvocationalservices.org/ Salary + Incentive + Mileage Must obtain and maintain DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance, have a good DMV driving record and pass a job related physical, must have a car and provide on-going proof of auto insurance.
